Substitute School Nurse positions are filled on a per-diem basis when one of our nurses is out sick or on a field trip. All applicants must currently be licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse. Please complete the attached application and call the Human Resources and Community Services Office at 845-620-3928 for an interview. You will need to bring the completed application, your professional license, CPR certificate and three professional reference letters to the interview. At least two of the reference letters must be from individuals in a supervisory position. Please note that all substitute nurses must be fingerprinted and cleared as per NYSED requirements.
Substitute School Nurse Application
